Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, registering, or interacting with the CORVEX platform (including our dashboard, CVX utility tokens, and digital wallets), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease using our infrastructure immediately.
2. Eligibility & Verification
To participate in the CORVEX ecosystem, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You must complete all required KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) verification processes.
- You must not be a resident or citizen of any prohibited jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, embargoes, or high-risk AML classifications.
3. Account & Private Key Security
CORVEX is built on self-custodial and decentralized blockchain frameworks. You retain exclusive ownership of your private keys and dashboard passwords. We do not store or manage your private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your credentials, and CORVEX accepts no liability for funds lost due to compromised keys, lost passwords, or phishing attacks.
4. Irreversibility of Transactions
All transactions executed on the public blockchain, including CVX token transfers, project allocations, and wallet deposits, are permanent and irreversible. You must verify all destination addresses and asset amounts before signing any transaction. CORVEX cannot recall, halt, or modify transactions once they are broadcast to the network.
5. Disclaimer of Market Risks
Digital assets and utility tokens are subject to high volatility and technological risks. All corporate capital projects, financing schedules, and platform scores (CORVEX Scoreā¢) are structured based on available market and compliance indicators. CORVEX does not guarantee specific yields, token values, or liquidity configurations. You acknowledge that blockchain fees, network congestion, and regulatory updates are independent factors borne entirely by the participant.
