1. Introduction
CORVEX (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, and process your information when you register, access our dashboard, use our wallet integrations, or engage with corporate capital projects on our ecosystem.
2. Information We Collect
To provide a secure and compliant digital finance platform, we collect several categories of information:
- Identity & Verification Details: Full name, email address, password hashes, government-issued IDs, and corporate registration documents (KYC/KYB data).
- Financial & Ledger Metadata: Public wallet addresses (TRC20/BEP20), deposit/withdrawal histories, and transaction signatures recorded on the blockchain.
- Technical Information: IP addresses, browser types, session tokens, and dashboard usage analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information exclusively for functional and compliance operations:
- Facilitating secure user authentication and dashboard configurations.
- Processing digital asset settlements and matching corporate project allocations.
- Enforcing strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) verification standards in line with UAE VARA and global rules.
- Maintaining system performance, security diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
4. Ledger Transparency & Sovereignty
All transactions executed within the CORVEX ecosystem are written to the public blockchain. While transaction volumes, addresses, and timestamps are visible on the shared ledger, your personal registration details, KYC documents, and account credentials remain private and are never written to the blockchain.
5. Data Retention & Protection
We employ standard SSL/TLS encryption, secure database hashing, and restricted-access protocols to protect your personal details. KYC documents are stored in encrypted partitions and retained only as long as required by regulatory authorities. You are responsible for keeping your wallet private keys and passwords secure; we will never ask for your private credentials.
